After completing his undergraduate education in Psychology at Abant İzzet Baysal University, Semih Sevinç started his professional work mainly with children and adolescents. In the first years of his professional life, he focused on developmental assessment, childhood psychological difficulties and working with families. Over time, he focused on the determining role of individual differences in attention, learning processes and cognitive functions on children's academic and emotional life. In this process, he particularly focused on the importance of combining assessments made with objective measurement tools with clinical observation and developmental context. In the following period, she provided cognitive and academic development strategies to students, process-oriented psychoeducation to families, and information and guidance activities for in-house trainers in the rehabilitation center, which has only clients diagnosed with Specific Learning Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity.

Currently, she is actively working in both Balıkesir and Bursa, especially in the creation of cognitive profiles and detailed development planning related to the identified strengths and weaknesses. She has developed an approach that does not limit the assessment processes to a diagnostic framework by deepening in the areas of attention, working memory, processing speed and learning disabilities.
